Gloria Tugume - Head of aikan Outsourcing

Gloria is result oriented, dependable; self-motivated and has excellent leadership skills which have led to improved efficiency and performance throughout her work roles. She is driven by a passion to develop others and aims to perform tasks with excellence and attention to detail.

Gloria has six years working experience in Administration and Personnel Management. Before joining aikan, she worked with Family Life Network where she undertook the following HR roles; strategy development, recruitment and selection, job description development, managing the payroll, training and development, and performance management. She also has three years' work experience in the banking industry where she undertook customer service and personal credit functions.

As Head of aikan Outsourcing™, Gloria has successfully managed HR outsourcing assignments in the Banking, Telecommunications, Engineering and International NGO sectors.
She has also undertaken a number of assignments in the areas of competency based recruitment, job description development, payroll outsourcing and skills audit.

Gloria has a Master's Degree in Management Studies (Human Resource Management) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics from Makerere University and is a member the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda.
